OLIVE OIL TASTING
Extra virgin olive oil is not only a staple on the Tuscan table, it is a source of pride and joy to Tuscans! An evening to learn to taste extravergin olive oil together with Alessandro, ONAOO taster The course is divided into two parts: a first theoretical part where we'll discuss about different varieties of olives, different processes of harvesting, conservation and pressing, things that influence the quality of a good extra virgin olive oil. During the second part we will taste 3 different olive oils with an illustration of the major defects that may be found and how to evaluate the positive characteristics. Every Monday at 18.30 - € 15.00 per person - minimum 6 people.
