A drive through the olive groves

Short ring but very hilly with significant stretches of single track. Along the way, You literally fly over undulations of the famous “Crete”, one of the areas that most exalts the sensuality of the territory around Siena. Sky and land, flocks and farms, country churches and stone villages, emerge as islands in the huge sea of land. The itinerary includes a few traffic; some fountains and bar for the water supply can only be found in the village of Asciano. You will be able to visit the village of Asciano and the Museum Palazzo Corboli.

To plunge into the land of the Etruscans

The route has an average traffic and with few points of water supply. Along the route, do not miss the deviation (on dirt road) to visit the Monumental Site transitoire work of the Belgian sculptor Jean Paul Philippe on the hills of Leonina.

Discovering the Val di Chiana

Route that winds on the border between the Crete Senesi and the Val di Chiana, an area that, as evidenced by the numerous archaeological sites, has been the cradle of many ancient civilizations. The route has a low volume of traffic in the first quarter, intense in the second quarter and poor in the remaining kilometers. Ther are fountains and bars for the supply of water. The itinerary includes a detour (optional) to admire the Gargonza Castle, a fortified village of the XI century. We suggest you to visit the village of Lucignano.
